This is biblical and it has been written: "Jesus Christ is the head of the Church, which is his body, in it he is the Savior. (Eph. 5:23). Indeed, he is spiritually the head of the universal Church, and all Christian denominations who recognize it agree on this eventually. But on the other hand, when we ask ourselves a question: why it is precisely him to be the head of the Church not the father or the Holy Spirit? According to the active faith and the State of knowledge of each other, the answers are so many according to how people think, but often vague, imaginary and fuzzy.
In 2004, Father Simon Kimbangu Kiangani in one of his many pastoral exhortations, spontaneously answered this question which remained pending for a long time in people’s mind. He claimed that "Jesus Christ is the head of the church because he was the one who had the idea of creating man in the first place". Meaning that, when Lucifer, was frustrated to have been banished or kicked out from heaven, he became the fierce opponent of God and decided to appropriate the whole earth.
If we refer back on the teaching of father Diangienda Kuntima in order to better understand this very deeply, in his message to the faithful on April 2, 1990, at Matadi Mayo, he explained that in heaven "Satan acknowledged in extremis the authority of Jesus Christ, but he tenaciously refused to submit to the Holy Spirit. Because of this disobedience, he was definitely rushed and thrown down here on earth. Seeing that the Earth was naturally beautiful, he defied the Holy Trinity with insolence by saying: "you will rule in heaven from where you have chased me, and I will be the prince or the commander of this world".
From this context, the Lord Jesus Christ suggested both the father and the Holy Spirit the creation of man to disillusioned Satan who claimed to be in possession of the universe. This beautiful idea pleased the Holy Trinity who then descended on Earth to create a human being out of God’s image and likeness. The biblical passage attests that "...You are from dust, and you will be returning back to the dust" which confirms the fact that man is naturally out of the dust from the ground on the triune God's initiative.
Adam was carved by the father with the clay. The son then populates his body inert water and blood, while the Holy Spirit provided the breath of life. And so, a man was created. This scene of human creation was inspired by a kimbanguist talented painter and a potter in Congo Brazzaville who was divinely inspired by God in a vision that he had in this regard. The famous painting represents our three holy fathers (Kisolokele Lukelo, father Dialungana Kiangani and father Diangienda Kuntima, gathered on a wasteland, creating Adam under the evil eyes of Lucifer).
As man was created in the image and likeness of God (Genesis 1:26), Jesus Christ automatically became the real leader of the man and therefore the Church. Indeed, this explains that the Church cannot exist independently without human presence. Sociologically speaking, it is first and foremost a human community based on faith in God. That is why we are bound to be portrayed to suffer martyrdom rather than being a peaceful human; Jesus Christ was crucified for our sake and spilt his precious blood as the symbol of a divine grace and the spiritual liberation of man from the clutches of Satan.
The fact that Jesus Christ has conquered the death by his resurrection, He was elevated to be the Savior of the universe to all human being created by the Holy Trinity in his own image (Genesis 2:7). Hence, this famous confirmation: Me, I am the way, the truth and the life. No one can come to the father except through me. “(John 14: 6-7). “If you had known who I am, then you would have known who my father is. From now on, you know him and have seen him “. Now, to go to the father and receive eternal life, you must go through the starting point which is the baptism. This is why shortly before his ascension; Jesus Christ gave this last recommendation to his disciples: "go and make all nations as my disciples, baptizing them in the name of the father, the son and the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28: 19).
